The secret is CONSISTENCY to beat the evil Long-Losing-Run . How much betting has it taken me to learn this lesson: quite a time. Past attempts show nice winners - sometimes at over 20/1 - but too many losers mixed in. Not only is this bad for profitability but also for morale. So now the focus is on Winner Density. Finding a winner is difficult - and requires great self-control but with careful analysis it can be done. Concentrating on the very best opportunities produces more winning races and far fewer days when the Bookie walks away with my hard earned cash.
